  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all educational tags remain attached.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
